These Terms apply to your use of the ABVOR mobile application and related services.

1. Fitness and wellness only

ABVOR provides general fitness, training, nutrition and wellness information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care or individualized medical advice.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether exercises, training plans, nutrition information or other content are appropriate for you. Stop an activity if you feel pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms and seek qualified medical advice when appropriate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and device. Do not misuse the service or attempt to access another user’s account or data.

4. Coach

The Coach feature is an automated fitness/wellness assistant. Its responses may be incomplete or incorrect and should not replace professional medical, nutritional, legal or other regulated advice.

5. Availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of ABVOR as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Privacy

Your use of ABVOR is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
